Thank you for scheduling your Santa Run with Sayreville Engine Company! We appreciate your donations which helps support us in our mission. Please review all information below prior to your scheduled date

ALL SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS ARE SECONDARY TO ANY FIRE EMERGENCIES THAT MIGHT OCCUR. 

In the event of a fire emergency we may need to delay or reschedule your appointment, depending on the length of time the emergency may take. We will contact you as soon as possible should this happen. Please ensure you provide us a valid phone number.

Any changes or cancellations of your scheduled visit can be done through the email sent by our booking system Setmore. Please check your inbox for the link to reschedule or cancel your visit if necessary. If you are unable to find the email you can call the firehouse at 732-390-7069 and leave a message. A member will return your call and assist in rescheduling. Cancellations should be done 48 hours or more before your appointment.

Please keep in mind that appointment times are approximate. While we will make every attempt to arrive at the scheduled times, traffic, weather, and emergency calls may cause delayed arrivals. We will notify you as soon as possible of significant delays or if we will need to reschedule your appointment for another date.

We can only visit addresses within Sayreville's response area. If your address is outside of our area we will contact you and let you know we need to cancel your appointment. 

Only one scheduled visit per address. If multiple visits are booked for the same address we will contact you to confirm which date you would like. We reserve the right to cancel all bookings found for the address if we cannot get in contact with you.

Donations and gifts for your Santa visit are to be dropped off at the firehouse anytime between 6 PM and 9 PM the night before your scheduled appointment. The firehouse address is 250 MacArthur Ave, between Borough Hall and St. Stan's church.

Gifts must be already wrapped with the child(ren)'s name(s) and address prior to drop off. 

Donations can be given either by cash or check. We do not support any digital payments at this time.
